Last year, she didn't like to deal with foreigners
at all because she doesn't know English, and she doesn't
know how to ship overseas. I am her first international
customer, it took me numerous emails to explain her how
to deal with international payment and sending via EMS.
Of course, I wrote all the emails in Japanese. After
her successful trail with me, she started to accept a bit
more foreign orders.
However, she's no longer interested dealing with
international orders this year for some reasons.
Probably she's tired with all the English emails,
long waiting time for the payment...etc problems.
Right now, she only deals with the previous overseas
customers. New overseas customer will be pretty hard.
Anyway, if you want to write emails to her, make sure it
is in Japanese or romanji. Otherwise, she will probably
ignore the English email.
