OK I'd like to move away from the reproduction cel debate
to post that I am personally looking for a piece of
animation art for myself.

It is from the "Stray Dog Strut" episode of Cowboy Bebop,
and it has many elements that appeal to me.

It has Abdul sitting on the ground in front of a red wall
with a gold painting of a Chinese dragon on the wall. I would assume that this is at least one cel layer and a
background.

Within this image are elements that give reminders of Hong Kong films (the Dragon Background), black exploitaition
films from the 70's (Abdul's huge afro), and Anime.

If anyone has any ideas as to how much I'd pay and where I might find the original artwork for this.
Please let me know!
