I'm not really sure what to do, and thought someone here may
have a good suggestion: I ordered 3 cels from vega in july (I 
sent payment around july 10).  After over a month, I emailed
to ask what was going on with the cels..to make a long story
short, for every 3-4 emails (spaced over a few weeks) I've gotten
maybe one reply that only partially answers my questions. I 
tried to find out WHEN the cels were sent, and never got a 
reply (since he went on vacation, I was trying to figure out
if they were sent before or after).  Finally, I've been told
that he will go talk to the post office--this was well over a
week and a half ago, and I've gotten no response as to the
status of my cels.  The worst part is that these were b-day
gifts for my fiancee, whose birthday is now quickly approaching
(mid-oct)....and I have a pretty good amount of money tied
up in it, so it's tough to get 'replacements'. Any suggestions?
I don't want be unreasonable, but this is getting pretty
ridiculous...
