Hiya
At the time of the last update, a couple of months ago, Pocket 
sent around an email to people who had ordered from them before, 
saying that they were getting too many orders and because of the 
lottery method which is used for new cels, too many orders means
a lot of people don't get the cels they want. So Pocket moved its 
webpage and asked to only accept orders from those who have ordered 
before. They requested to please not post the URL. Everyone is afraid 
that if we don't follow Pocket's request that Pocket will just stop 
selling to us. 
My recommendation would be to get together with someone who has ordered 
before and order through them. ^_^
