Hi
Yes, All the DBZ Movies were made with cels and they were released.
I have seen a couple of Gogeta cels on auction, but DBZ is
such a large it is really hard to find an odd character 
especially one that is only in a few eps or Movies. Never
the less it can be done so good luck and the best thing to 
do is wait and get them when they come around (if i don't beat tyou to them)hehe ^_^
