Yes, in your possesion... but there is several others
around.

May I ask you something : Did you contacted that korean
studio, asking them, as copyright holder, to make especialy
that picture for yourself in one copy ? Or did they
contacted you, showing you the picture and asked you if
you wanted to buy it ?

Sure, it doesn't make any differance to the cel itself
and to your right of selling/or not selling it... But
there is still a big differance : If you licensed the
studio to make one copy for you, they would be breaking
their contact with you if they make more and sell them
around. But if you just bought a copy that they made
before, how do you know that they didn't already sold
several to other people before ? And won't sell more ?
Actualy, you don't... as proved by the fact that there
is several people owning that copy...

That's why everybody in the cels business, whatever dealers
or collectors, would very much like if you were doing
officialy a limited edition of such cels : People
would know that :
1) It's official
2) It's realy a limited edition
3) It can't be confused with the original hanken

In a case like that, I would be most happy to buy
such copies myself. Even for reselling here in
europa...
