You seem to have attended all the issues very well
and very professionally.  

But yet, there is one question on my mind.....
Does your company have the legal "rights" to produce 
and sell these?  I would like to assume you do, but
since there is a lot of concern over these cels, I 
think it would benefit you to voice the fact publicly.

Also, as a suggestion, perhaps printing up some kind
of limited edition certificate to go with these. One
that would state "#2 of 50 hand painted replicas"
