The disc with eps 5 and 6 is the last disc of the OAV , 
which has 6 episodes total.
The disc with eps 5-7 is from the TV series, BA Victory.
It seems to be a typical AIC "alternate universe" kind of 
thing though, so you can start with either series.  I prefer
BAV... it's a lot less rushed. =)
