Nah....my problem is seeing a cel that looks really good on the internet 
but just doesn't grab me in real life.....it's too bad that by that time, 
I've paid for it!

No, I seriously doubt there will be - at least one I can get. :< I've only 
seen 3 EXCELLENT CCS cels. The first was the bunny outfit cel at Usagi's House which 
was sold the first time I saw it, the second was the one with the background from Mangaya 
that was gone when I went to order it, and the third is the one I'm currently whining about! 

What bothers me is that I know that the only chance I have of getting one of 
these excellent cels is from Japanese dealers, who are increasingly wary of 
selling outside of Japan. I've spoken with several American cel dealers who 
just *won't* buy these types of cels. From what I've been told, they're available, 
but the dealers won't buy them because of the cost they'd have to sell them at - 
about $200-$300. They like to purchase the "cheaper cels that will sell." I've made 
it quite clear that I'm more than willing to pay for good cels and all I get for my 
troubles is a condescending smile. 

What is the world coming to when the dealers, who are SUPPOSED to provide us with the 
quality cels (:) only want the to sell the crappy ones, no matter how cute, so they're 
guaranteed a quick sell?
