The biggest German anime con "Animagic"  took place in august.
I think it was  organized by "Animania"-the leading german anime 
magazin and "ACOG"-the biggest anime distributor in Germany.
One lonely cel dealer was present but he had only some really
ancient stuff with him. (I think he was from NL)
Anyway, if you want to sell cels in Germany, it has to be ...Sailor Moon! 
The same counts for anime goods too: everything is focused on SM.
I like Naoko Takeuchi's stuff  also but sometimes those SM fans 
(99% teenage girls) are so euphoric you get a feeling you're on 
a Backstreet Boys concert or something...
