Actually, when I ordered a cel, I received a reply almost
immediately.  The ordering was the best part.  When the cel
got here, he had taped it to the cardboard he sent it in,
with masking tape!  And strangely, the cel I ordered and
now have in my possession is still listed as "for sale" on
his site.

It seems like no one else has problems, so I guess it was
just me!
