Hi!!

That cel is from Ep. 195.  It's part of the Silver Moon
Crystal Power Kiss attack Eternal Sailor Moon does on
Galaxia after she takes the Princess' star seed.

It's not part of the normal stock cels used in the attack,
but one of the extra cels added on to the beginning since
she is so upset with Galaxia.

A very nice cel IMO.
