  I agree with eVA.this SORT
of stuff is tacky.If a dealer has a problem
with someone paying then privately; e-mail 
your concerns to the individual.If someone
doesn't pay and keeps putting cles on hold
sooner or later they won't be able to buy cels.
What's the point of asking if
anyody else has problems.Company?Each dealer 
and buyer has and individual contract.
You have a problem just e-mail and say 
enough is enough. why post here? To embarrass?
Tell the person 
you have the problem with pay by or else.
I don't wish to read dirty laundary.
I see nothing to 
be gained with these posts.
Of course I could be wrong.
