Cels Forum

I've seen a couple.  Two of them for sale.  One went for
350$, the other was the cel from Vega (only 15000 yen) that I missed out on as well.  

Saitou cels are very coveted, because he only appears in a couple scenes throughout the series, he's popular, and the series is popular. 

Saitou cels usually show up every now and then, but you better have some really good cels to trade or be ridiculously fast when they are on sale.
