The CCS series is still on-going on Japanese TV, so I would
assume that they would not release the backgrounds that they
might still need. Most of the series (if not all; I haven't
seen a lot of it) is set in Sakura's neighborhood and school
area, so I would think that those backgrounds would be recycled.
The rest have probably gone into collections in Japan.
I too would love to have a backgrounded CCS cel, yet I have
never seen one around either. |
