I have never had any problems either w/ IPMO's
I send them in the International Exoress envelopes
It costs a bit more but other people cannot tell
what is inside. Or you can send it registerd mail
but reg. is more expensive. Just ask your friendly
Postal Workers. At my Post Office when they see me
coming they whip out the I.P.M.O.'s.
