Hi Mollie

It is usually said that a cel is worth as much as you like
it. Since there isn't really any price guide and cels are
one of a kind. I can only make an estimate
based on the cel and it's series. 
I would say that it could sell for as much as $50.00. 
But if it was for sale on ebay it would probably sell for more. So I would say $45-$55 is a reasonable price.
It is a nice ssj4.^_^
