If you are willing, I've seen a lot of them up for auction over at eBay, most likely due to the huge (and cheap) influx from the dealer at Anime Expo '99. As long as you are carefully about how much you bid, you should be able to win some of those cels, especially the machine reproduction ones, for $20-40. There are people who have put in outrageous bids for the hand-painted repros. My advice would be to wait for another offer from someone else instead of overspending and regretting it.
