Hi all!!
Has anyone had experience buying cels from Celgal?  I'm in
the process of ordering a couple of cels and I believe they
take cash via registered mail or international money orders.

I don't feel comfortable sending cash and prefer the money
order route, but they want an international money order not
an international 'POSTAL' money order.  Can anyone tell me the difference between the two and where I would go to get
just a IMO other than the post office?  My bank will only
do what they call a bank draft, bank check or wire transfer.

HELP!!!
