Hello,
Yes : Many dealers have a page that they only update
when they post new cels... When that the case, I use
this page for the program. Else I have to use a more
generic page which mean that it may be less accurate.

Note also that some servers are realy poorly configured
and will report change when there isn't. When I notice
such servers, I use another method to define when
a page is updated...
