Tenchi Muyo really bites! It's the greatest anime in my
opinion.
Ranma 1/2 is another biter! You've gotta see it!
There's lots of good anime out there; just go to a video
shop and start renting. You'll evenutally figure out on
your own wich ones bite you and which ones don't.
