I think most people's gripe with Mangaya was their new silent auction policy on greatly wanted cels, not their sending of cels. I haven't ordered much from Mangaya, but all of my orders that I sent payment for arrived. However, like Ukyosan said, you can read up on Mangaya by searching through the forum to get a clearer view of forum-poster opinions. Keys |
