Welcome to an addiction my friend.
One cel is never enough.
Then it becomes that ten cels is not enough... :)

I am fairly new to collecting cels myself.
So now I don't feel quite so alone.  :) 

Personaly,I collect only cels from series I like.
The series I maily collect are Lodoss and Evangelion.  

So I came to the simple  theory of "collect what you like
and you will be happy."  

As for finding cels and dealers, I recommend the

I'm sure you can find something that fits your theme.

One cel that pops into my mind that might fit into you
food/eating theme is on Anime Chaos.  It's of Rio from
"Burn Up" eating.
