Is there anything I can do to clean a multi-layer cel if the cels are stuck together?  I have a really nice multi-layer group shot cel of all the inner senshi.  It's on 4 layers.  However, in the unpainted areas. There is a lot of spotting - it looks like an dirty window.  Ed Noonchester's says that it's okay to give a cel a bath, so to speak.  Who has done this and what were the results?
