Cels Forum

Just wanted to say that I got a cel from them today. It was
my first time dealing with Artworks Osaka, and I was
impressed. They were clear about the total cost, along with
the payment address. They also notified me when the cel was
shipped. Lastly, the cel was protected between stiff
cardboard that was taped very well (too well, actually, as I
had a difficult time cutting the tape) to survive the
journey unscathed. I even got a freebie postcard. ^_^
