Not sure how the Japanese legal system works, but since most
of the profits in question were related directly with the
EVA series, all those cels (if they haven't already been
destroyed) will most likely be seized, along with other
Gainax assets, and will probably never been seen again. If
it's anything like in the US, the case will go to trial,
and be in appeals courts for many years.
Of course, the Japanese government could also auction off
all those cels on E-Bay to help collect what Gainax owes
them.........

Also, did anyone see that Eva opening cel of Rei that Art
Osaka had. They wanted about $3,400 for it, and I almost
bought it, but it doesn't have a pencil sketch and they
couldn't guarantee it was authentic. "sigh"
