Yeah, Pockets updated (I still haven't received my cels yet though -_- . But thats ok, patience is essential to ordering from pocket)

I need to know how/when to do the lottery.

Does the lottery start 3 days after the update, or does it end then?

Also do I make an order on new cels to enter into a lottery. If so, someone suggested I order them as many times as I can. Is that correct?
