Hello
I do not believe it is good to enter many times to win something.
That means the person who enters only once has less chance, and that's 
not fair. The whole point of the lottery is that everyone who wants the 
cel has an equal chance to get it. Now, suppose a friend of yours really 
wants to get a certain cel and you ask for the cel so that you can give it 
or trade it to them. I think this is OK, personally. What does everyone else 
think?
I would be very upset if I did not win a cel because someone else requested it 
many times and had the odds stacked in their favor. 
The lottery starts when the cels are uploaded and ends after three days. A few days 
after this, Pocket sends you an email letting you know if/what you win. Asking them 
doesn't make it go any faster! ^_^
This is just my feeling.
