This person should *really* be reported!! Ebay really can come through 
on cases like this. ^_^ I've gotten about 12 people kicked off! (laughs)

I have to say, this is a pretty pathetic thing to do. Actually, though, you might 
be surprised at how many people actually have friends and family bid on their auctions 
so the price would go up. It really is sad that cel collecting is just about money now, 
instead of the fun of collecting them. :>

On the other hand, a lot of the bidders probably don't know any better - how many people 
look into EVERY auction that a seller has up? Not to mention that a lot of people on eBay 
aren't "real" collectors - a lot of bidders see a cel and bid high because they think 
it's going to be worth thousands of dollars some day or because they really don't have any 
idea what a cel is or what it's worth. (Trust me on this, I've put cels on eBay to move them 
out of my collection and ended up with CRAZY high bids.) Either that or everyone is rich 
and doesn't care how much money they waste! ^_~
