Cels Forum

This question has been wandering through my head
for quite sometime...If you have a cel without
a Background and you don't want it to stick to 
anything, I know you would put rice paper (Or 
some kind of transparent material) behind the 
cel to take the stick. But does this REDUCE the
value of the cel? Are there other ways to get 
a cel not to stick?
