The money order used normaly for europa and some other
countries are a special stuff between the various
postoffices. You don't receive a "check" that you have
to cash but you receive directly the money from the
postoffice.  Some countries's postoffice aren't part
of this agreement so it's not possible to use those
kind of money order...

The "pink" ones that are used for Japan are not the
"official" one for other countries. What happen is
that many banks will accept to cash them like a
bank check. That's why I can accept them.

Never use the "green" ones : they can only be cashed
inside USA.
