Lower prices don't always mean cheap : It depends of
the quality/price ratio.

Also you probable won't find many cels like that from
non-japanese dealers : There is expenses involved
in importing a cel from Japan. Usualy it's a fixed
amount that doesn't depend of the value of the cel.
So if those expenses may be the 10% a $100 cels,
it would be the 100% a $10 one...
