As Melissa said, Suzaku is very busy right now with the huge
amount of orders, preparations for AX, and their new site.  They
left a note too.

I would also like to say that I've dealt with Suzaku twice for
cels (and several times for other things) and other than a 
couple short email delays (3 days or so...really nothing to 
shout about) everything has run really smoothly.  Due to the
problems with their consignment cels, they've said that they
now only sell cels that they own.  I wouldn't worry too much,
they've said when they will start responding and I've found
them to be fair and prompt.
