To my knowledge it's not Isato that originaly complained but someone else. Or did I missed something ???????????? I am not in Canada but I remember sometime ago when post there was on strike. It probably wasn't the first time neither the last. Letters/money orders may bounce back. They may take much longer than expected to be delivered and, how amazingly it may sound, they may even be lost ! |
