I don't know about getting the sketch detached, but if you
are looking for someplace convienent I found that the craft
store Micheals will frame cels *not cheap, but then who is?*
and they will do a beautiful professional job with the UV
glass and everything.  I got one of my Ryoko cels framed
there and they did a perfect job and knew exactly what a 
cel was when I brought it in.
