As far as I know, if they get up to 3 people asking for a particular cel, they will lottery it. If they get 4 or more then they auction it. Personally I don't approve of their auction method; it seems a bit greedy to me. If they don't wish to do the fist come, first serve, as most places do, then they should do a lottery regardless of how many people ask for it. Metaphor |
