I've ordered from pocket only once before so I knew what to 
expect this time.  
I've restrained from ordering from them in the past because 
of the wait and the wire transfer deal, but they do get 
hold of some great stuff and sometimes there is no resisting.
It doesn't seem fair that you have about a week to pull through
with a payment and then have to wait with no response for so long,
but if you know what to expect it's not so bad. 
Whoever "pocket" is, you can tell by their email they 
are super friendly and a kind person. I just think it's too bad 
they don't make perfectly clear, either on their
site, or by email, that there will be a wait, and you 
should not expect a response for 6-12 weeks.  It might clear
up a lot of confusion and anxiety for first time customers and
make pocket's life a little easier too.
