That's mostly true... Anime Link goes to the Shrine
convention once a month... that's not bad... they also
had a couple of cels on consignment over at Banzai Anime
in West Los Angeles....

Ed Noonchester is basically "con only" or by appointment...
he'll be happy to meet up with people if they call... make
sure you tell him what series you're interested in though
so he can pull the folders out of storage...

The book store in Little Tokyo... Kinokuya?... sells many
cels... usually on the pricy side... they had a lot of
nice slayer cels as well as Dragonball, Ranma, and tenchi
just ask to see the cels at the counter... and they'll pull
out a big old bin for you to look through ... ^_^
