If the anime studio doesn't want to release all the cels
at the same time, of course, the prices can drive up easily.
As for now, Studio Deen releases the RK cels bit by bit,
they can maintain the cel price in a good range. If they
dump all the cels at the same time like what AIC did for
Tenchi Muyo or El Hazard, the price will drop quickly
and therefore less profits being made.
