Cels Forum

I have a few cels for sale (NOT auction) from Sailor Moon, 
St Tail, Ririka, Rayearth (original series) and Flower Witch
Maribell.  These are lower-end cels for the most part and
are in the $10-$15 range, good for gifts or to begin a 
collection.  A couple of nicer cels are included, but
