Hi,

I've had the same problem with Taro. It started when
their site 'crashed' while I was trying to check out.
Whatever it is, it tags the computer you're on with an
old version of their login because I can use another 
computer and I  can get into the site.  I've informed 
Taro about this but nothing's been done.

I know this isn't terribly helpful to you but at least
you know you're not along.  Maybe if you complain to Taro
they can somehow fix it or let you know how to fix it. 
(Emptying your cache doesn't work.)
