Actualy, Ifrita cels were very very rare 1 year and an half ago. Several months ago they became much more common (6 to 8 months) but good ones from the first OAVs seems to become hard to find again during the last few months... and probably will become harder with time... 2nd OAVs Ifrita cels are generaly less expensive than 1st OAVs.
