Yes, that's what was so odd about it! The sticker SAID there was 
a Ryoko mini-plaque in the package, which was sealed, but inside there 
was no card! 
It's more the principle of the thing than the actual card, really. I mean, 
it said that there was going to be something in there, and then there 
wasn't. How disappointing. :P
Anyhoo... no big deal. "Ain't nothin' but a thang."
