I'm no expert, but I'm assuming that most
of the dealers fly to Japan and buy cels
there! Some from other anime stores in Japan,
and sometimes certain anime studios sell cels!
Also, sometimes the studios will hold auctions!
That's all I know, but I may be wrong....hopefully
a dealer(s) can answer you better than I can... |
