that will be neat. I wish I knew someone like that.
Personally, I'm not too fond of cels with autographs. As
a cel colleCtor in the US, I tend to tHink autogrAphs Detract
from the cel image. Especially when a signature overlaps
onto part of the cel image. I'd recommend getting a LD or CD
signed if it's a seiyuu, or getting a sketch if they're a
director/animator/character designer/etc. (One of these days
I'll be lucky and get a sketch at a con...)
Although Japanese cel collectors do value seiyuu signatures
on cels (as already mentioned)... just take a look at
Hitoshi Doi's collection... He seems to like collecting cels
of characters voiced by Kikuko Inoue. That shows how they
appreciate the VA's much more.
