I think that Young has answered most of the questions. But
to help further elaborate on some of the points. Last year
was fun, but for the ones of us planning it was a total fiasco.
We came up with the idea rather late in the year and all
planning was last second. This time around we contacted AX
much earlier; but we were still at their mercy for the
timeslots.

When we got together to more formally plan this
a few months ago we had got a few different time slots from
AX programming. There were times friday night, saturday
afternoon and evening and early sunday morning as I recall.
When we discussed the pros and cons of each times the one
Friday night was the one that we thought would yield the most
attendees and have the best chance of bringing a few guests
that we had in mind. Who would only be available in the
evenings. Which is why we opted for the Friday slot. Our
only hope is that they will be able to come. I've talked
with both guests in the past week and both said they would
show up, provided they aren't busy entertaining AX guests
of honor which they normally do in the evenings.

I believe that Young also mentioned that there is going to be
more of a pannel type format at the meeting. Another key
point that it has to be at the time is that several of the
pannel members will be working at the show and would be
tough for us to get away for two hours on a saturday
afternoon!

One point that was quietly mentioned in an earlier post is
selling/trading issue. We will encourage everyone to trade
at the event, but we ask for no selling. There won't be
any dealers showing up with their cels for sale as this
is more of a friendly event.
