Although some dealers like Rick set their cels' prices
relatively high, you don't pay for that listed prices though.
Some of them do bargainings or automatically give you
better deals if you buy a few cels at the same time. It
likes buying a car in a car dealer, you bargain for better
deals. I'm sure the person who bought that 1200 bucks
cel didn't pay the full amount.
I never seen that cel before, so I couldn't
comment, but it could be a cel from the opening song, and
those cels are very expensive in Japan anyway. |
