Hey everyone,

I also got offered that cel, along with a Skuld cel I haven't
been able to locate the 'real' owner of yet, but it looks familiar..

This person who offered me the Bell cel, also had a scan sitting on
their server of the Belldandy cel that was being auctioned off
on eBay a few weeks ago.  (the one that belonged to Hitoshi Doi)

I would say there's probably no(or very little) chance of this person
being legitimate, obviously from the fact that so many people were 
offered the same cel.  

I'm just glad I recognized the cel and got suspicious.... :) Hopefully,
no one else gets taken in by this possible con.
