Well, a couple of days ago that same thing happened to me, so
unpatient as I was- I e-mailed them asking about my order and 
luckily they e-mailed back in a couple days.

AS the availability of the cels, they already had their lottery
decisions so if it's not on hold, it's yours (hopefully)

The only thing I'm confused about is the 2000Y fee, what is
that for?

Anyways- it never hurts to email em.
