Melissa seams like an honest person and I have never seen any 
complaints about her. I've only heard good things about her 
excellent customer service and timely mailing out of cels. 
I have seen many complaints about some of the other much larger 
and well-known dealers, that don't answer email, that don't mail 
cels out in a timely manner or that sell their cels at rediculous 
prices.  
Yet, all Melissa has done is try to prepetuate her business like 
anyone else and this is NOT a crime.  
I have seen many a cel sold at places such as Anime Taro and 
Anime Cel and then within a 2 week time period, I see those same 
cels on sale again at much higher prices on these buyers' websites 
or at eBay auction.  I have seen cels being sold on the Toei website 
and then appear at much higher prices on a certain well known and 
revered lottery-based dealer's site, yet no one is accusing them of 
price-gouging only bad customer sevice.
So people, leave Melissa alone and consider your actions before
you blast her, for she has done nothing wrong.  Perhaps some of 
you are a tad envious that you didn't find those cels before she did?

Good for you Melissa, for finding those great cels; I should be so lucky!
